- I love red! The colour of strawberries and lipstick - what's not to like?
- Red is the colour of blood and death. It has no place in a company logo.

Okay, blue it is. How about a slightly freaky cartoon character?
- I read The Greys don't I? I'm not afeared of freaky cartoon characters.
- I find such things to be fundamentally disturbing and want no part of them in my insurance dealings

Do you prefer a simple text logo, or something a little more graphical?
- Text only please. I prefer simplicity over excessive design.
- I want a fancy logo. It's not a proper company unless it's got a graphical logo, is it?
